To keep things running smoothly and fairly for all members, please review our policies below:

Class Cancellations

You may cancel your class reservation up to 4 hours before class starts with no penalty.
For monthly unlimited members:
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class or no-shows will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
For all other memberships and class packs:
- Late cancellations or no-shows result in the class being counted as used (no refunds or make-ups).

Membership Cancellations

Monthly memberships auto-renew on your billing date.
To cancel and avoid further charges, please cancel at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.
No refunds for unused classes or partial months once a billing cycle has started.

Payment Processing Fee

A 3% fee is applied to all transactions to cover payment processing costs.
