Hi! We’re Chris and Cristin Sigouin, co-owners of Level Up Health & Fitness in Kalispell, MT. What started as a dream — a small personal training studio — became reality when we opened our doors in 2021. Since then, we've had the honor of helping hundreds of clients in the Flathead Valley feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
With our combined experience and a deep belief that fitness should be personal, empowering, and inclusive, we've now expanded Level Up to include group classes alongside 1:1 coaching — offering something for every level and every lifestyle.

Co-Owner • Personal Trainer • Rehab & Movement Specialist
Chris has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, with a unique foundation in physical therapy and injury rehab. After starting in massage therapy in 2005, he became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in 2010 — where he developed a deep understanding of how the body heals, adapts, and performs.
That knowledge continues to guide his work today. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just want to move and train smarter, Chris specializes in safe, functional strength training that meets your body where it’s at.
In 2012, Chris expanded into personal training and went on to earn certification as a Champion Performance Specialist in 2018, blending rehab principles with athletic performance. His coaching style is rooted in biomechanics, mobility, and progressive strength — helping clients feel better and get stronger.
At Level Up, Chris focuses on 1:1 personal training and rehab-informed coaching. He frequently works with clients managing old injuries, joint pain, or post-physical therapy transitions. He’s also the creator of our upcoming Functional Kettlebell class and will be adding Ashtanga Yoga to our schedule soon — offering even more ways to build strength and mobility with intention.
Co-Owner • Personal Trainer • Barre Instructor
Cristin is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Health Coach, Women’s Coaching Specialist, Pn1 and Certified Barre Instructor with a deep passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their own bodies.
Her journey into fitness began with her own transformation — after struggling with her weight since childhood and eventually losing 80+ lbs, Cristin discovered the power of strength training and sustainable lifestyle change. That experience sparked a calling to help others do the same.
Today, she leads 1:1 personal training and barre classes at Level Up while managing the studio's day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Cristin is especially passionate about guiding women through all stages of life and creating a supportive, empowering environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
Her approach is relatable, realistic, and rooted in lived experience — because she’s been there, too.
Personal Trainer • Strength & Conditioning Coach
Bridger is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a strong background in kinesiology, biomechanics, and strength sports. With over 12 years of experience in weight training and may years of coaching a wide range of clients, he specializes in helping people build strength, improve movement, and train with confidence.
A competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, Bridger holds multiple state records and leads a local powerlifting team. His coaching is rooted in both science and experience — from teaching martial arts and guiding beginners, to helping athletes break personal and state records.
After overcoming a serious shoulder injury and rehabbing himself post-surgery, Bridger brings a deep understanding of injury prevention, recovery, and training through setbacks — skills he uses daily with his clients.
Whether you're brand new to fitness or training to compete, Bridger is passionate about helping you reach your potential with smart programming, strong technique, and long-term results.
Personal Trainer • Barre & Group Fitness Instructor
Molly is a passionate barre and group fitness instructor dedicated to helping others feel better in their bodies and lives through meaningful movement. Her fitness journey began in her youth through sports and reignited during her postpartum recovery, deepening her love for functional, feel-good fitness.
When she's not teaching, Molly enjoys baking sourdough bread, going for walks, and adventuring with her husband and kids - living the balance she encourages in others.
Barre Instructor
Originally from Wyoming, Rhiannon has called the Flathead Valley home for the past 15 years. With over a decade of ballet experience, she brings a deep love of movement and music into every class. Her thoughtfully curated playlists are designed to energize and inspire, encouraging clients to move with both purpose and rhythm.
Barre quickly became Rhiannon’s favorite way to blend strength, grace, and community. She’s passionate about helping others realize just how powerful and capable their bodies truly are—one pulse, plié, and plank at a time.
Now a certified barre instructor, Rhiannon is thrilled to be sharing this journey and can’t wait to welcome you to class!
Barre Instructor
Ashley has been teaching barre for the past 7 years, but her journey started long before that—when barre became the catalyst for her own growth in strength, confidence, and resilience. Now, she loves guiding others through the same transformation, helping them build not only physical strength, but also the mindfulness and grit that carry into everyday life.
Off the mat, Ashley is a busy mom of three, juggling family life with her passion for empowering others through movement.
Yoga Instructor
Lune’s journey with yoga began when she was a child. She discovered a passion for movement after being introduced to Hatha yoga at the young age of 13 by her father. Since then, yoga has been a constant on her journey, providing an outlet for physical movement while helping her manage stress and face the trials of life. She believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone.
In 2017, Lune became a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Hive in Whitefish, MT and has national accreditation through Yoga Alliance. Her vinyasa classes are designed to increase mobility and strength, relieve stress, build focus and give students the tools to practice on their own. All levels welcome.
