
Hi! We’re Chris and Cristin Sigouin, co-owners of Level Up Health & Fitness in Kalispell, MT. What started as a dream — a small personal training studio — became reality when we opened our doors in 2021. Since then, we've had the honor of helping hundreds of clients in the Flathead Valley feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies.
With our combined experience and a deep belief that fitness should be personal, empowering, and inclusive, we've now expanded Level Up to include group classes alongside 1:1 coaching — offering something for every level and every lifestyle.

Co-Owner • Personal Trainer • Rehab & Movement Specialist
Chris has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, with a unique foundation in physical therapy and injury rehab. After starting in massage therapy in 2005, he became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in 2010 — where he developed a deep understanding of how the body heals, adapts, and performs.
That knowledge continues to guide his work today. Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or just want to move and train smarter, Chris specializes in safe, functional strength training that meets your body where it’s at.
In 2012, Chris expanded into personal training and went on to earn certification as a Champion Performance Specialist in 2018, blending rehab principles with athletic performance. His coaching style is rooted in biomechanics, mobility, and progressive strength — helping clients feel better and get stronger.
At Level Up, Chris focuses on 1:1 personal training and rehab-informed coaching. He frequently works with clients managing old injuries, joint pain, or post-physical therapy transitions. He’s also the creator of our upcoming Functional Kettlebell class and will be adding Ashtanga Yoga to our schedule soon — offering even more ways to build strength and mobility with intention.

Cristin is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Health Coach, Women’s Coaching Specialist, Pn1 and Certified Barre Instructor with a deep passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and capable in their own bodies.
Her journey into fitness began with her own transformation — after struggling with her weight since childhood and eventually losing 80+ lbs, Cristin discovered the power of strength training and sustainable lifestyle change. That experience sparked a calling to help others do the same.
Today, she leads 1:1 personal training and barre classes at Level Up while managing the studio's day-to-day operations behind the scenes. Cristin is especially passionate about guiding women through all stages of life and creating a supportive, empowering environment for everyone who walks through the doors.
Her approach is relatable, realistic, and rooted in lived experience — because she’s been there, too.
Personal Trainer
Tyler is a NASM certified fitness coach with over 10 years of experience helping clients build strength, lose body fat, and improve overall health. He takes a holistic approach to fitness—looking at the body as a whole and focusing on training, nutrition, and lifestyle to create lasting results.
Originally from Montana, Tyler grew up in the area before spending 8 years coaching and training in Colorado. After becoming a dad, his training philosophy evolved to prioritize efficiency, sustainability, and long-term progress—helping clients build strength and health in a way that actually fits their life.
When he’s not coaching, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, playing outdoors, and living a lifestyle centered around faith, family, and health.

Barre Instructor
Laura began teaching barre in 2024 after discovering it as a way to expand her fitness horizons. She is passionate about movement for both physical and mental well-being and loves helping others experience that same sense of strength and joy. Her classes are designed to create a positive, encouraging environment where clients feel strong, capable, and motivated to show up for themselves—both in and out of the studio.

Cycle Instructor
Katie is a cycling instructor who first clipped in during the pandemic and instantly fell in love with the ride - what started as a way to cope quickly became a passion that's been fueling her for the past five years. Off the bike, she is just as energized by lifting heavy. By day, she's a nurse who focuses on education, and by night (and weekends), she brings that same intention, strength, and heart into every ride - creating classes that are grounding, challenging, and deeply human with a low-key clubbing atmosphere.

Sculpt Instructor
Addy teaches yoga sculpt classes designed to build strength, confidence, and body awareness. Her style combines controlled strength work, creative sequencing, and intentional transitions to keep class engaging and effective. You'll leave feeling energized and strong while still connected to your breath and form.

Strength Instructor
Growing up in the Flathead Valley my life has always been centered around an active lifestyle. I love the mountains, whether I am on a snowboard shredding, or climbing peaks in Glacier Park. In high school I played soccer and hockey, and developed a love for weight lifting. I attended FVCC and obtained a Certificate of Applied Science in Personal Training. I always wanted a career where I felt like I could make a positive impact on the lives of others and knew this was my calling. My passion is to help others see that exercise can be something they can truly have fun doing and look forward to instead of another chore to get through. Getting stronger and seeing what the human body is capable of, making goals and completing them is so empowering and desire to help others be successful on their fitness journeys. I specialize in TRX suspended body weight training and strength training.
