The Level Series

The Level Series is our signature lineup of group classes designed to help you build strength, move with intention, and stay consistent — all in a supportive, motivating studio environment.


Each class offers a different way to challenge your body while staying true to the Level Up approach: smart programming, clear coaching, and movement that supports real life.

 A low-impact, beat-based class focused on small, controlled movements that build strength, endurance, and deep core engagement. Uses light weights, bands, balls, and the barre for balanced, full-body work.

A coach-led, full-body strength class focused on foundational movement patterns and progressive overload. Uses dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight with an emphasis on form, control, and strength — not circuits.

A rhythm-driven indoor cycling class in a dark, motivating studio. Expect strong playlists, guided intervals, and an energizing ride that challenges both your body and mindset — without pressure or competition.

A dynamic class using kettlebells to build strength, power, and conditioning. Level Kettlebell combines functional movement with intentional pacing for a challenging and rewarding workout.

A strength-focused suspension training class that uses bodyweight and gravity to build total-body strength, stability, and control. Level TRX is challenging, efficient, and adaptable for all fitness levels.

A beat-based strength and toning class blending yoga-inspired movement with lighter weights, higher reps, and continuous, music-driven flow to challenge muscular endurance and mind-body connection.

 A mat-based class focused on building deep core strength, full-body stability, and muscular endurance. Using precise, slow-tempo sequences, Level Mat Pilates emphasizes form, breath, and alignment to strengthen the core, glutes, and supporting muscles while improving mobility and posture.
