Barre Burn

A low-impact, beat-based workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Set to music that drives each movement, this full-body class uses small, controlled exercises and high reps to sculpt and strengthen—no dance experience required. Expect deep core engagement, long lean muscle activation, and a mix of upbeat and slow-burn tracks to keep you motivated from start to finish. We'll use props like light weights, resistance bands, balls, and the barre for balance and resistance.  

Barre Burn Express

A faster-paced, 45-minute version of our signature barre class. You’ll still get the same targeted muscle burn and energizing music-driven flow, just in a tighter, more efficient format. Perfect for lunch-hour movement — all the power of Barre Burn, in less time. Plus, you’ll skip the chaos of trying to find a downtown parking spot at noon! 

Kettlebell Foundations

Get ready to swing, press, and power your way through this music-driven, functional strength class. This class combines kettlebell training with total-body movement patterns designed to build strength, endurance, and coordination. Expect circuits, intervals, and flows that challenge your core, improve mobility, and boost cardio—all in one class.


You’ll learn proper technique and form while working through progressions that meet you where you’re at—whether you're a beginner or ready to go heavy. 

Define

This full-body strength class takes place in our dedicated classroom and is led by a certified personal trainer. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, mini loop bands, and bodyweight, you’ll train major movement patterns like push, pull, squat, and lunge. Workouts are coach-led and intentional, focusing on proper form, controlled reps, and progressive strength building — this class is NOT circuit style training. 


Expect programming that builds muscle endurance, enhances control, and improves how you move and feel every day. Accessible, effective, and empowering. 

Vinyasa Flow, Get Up and Go

Start your midweek with a vigorous Vinyasa practice designed to invigorate, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and get you ready to take on the rest of your week with grace and ease. 

Yoga Tune-up

Create space in your body in this Vinyasa flow class designed to relieve stress, increase flexibility and mobility. Treat yourself to a yoga tune-up.
