Online coaching plans are completely personalized based upon your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, injury/activity restrictions if applicable, and many other factors. Workouts will be customized for home or gym based upon your preference. All nutrition plans are completely customized as well and will be tailored to dietary restrictions, allergies and even foods you dislike. My philosophy on nutrition is that I never want you to feel like you are on a diet. I will never ask you to restrict certain food groups or to force yourself to eat foods you don't like. The goal is to teach you how to eat the foods you enjoy while still making progress towards your personal goals in a way that is maintainable for life...meaning no more yo-yo dieting. I also provide you with a recipe book and how to guide on counting macros. You will check in with me once per week and we will make adjustments as needed. I am also available anytime outside of the check in if you have questions.
